Regular Contributor to a number of national publications, including The Sunday Telegraph, The Times Educational Supplement, The Scotsman, Scotland on Sunday, and The Ecologist. Now that SPITTING IMAGES is back on TV i am also a contributor.

I had informal tuition from the head caricaturist at ITV’s Spitting Image workshop. I began working as a professional cartoonist and caricaturist while at the University of Bristol, where I was commissioned to produce sculptures of the seven members of the pop group Madness for their Christmas tour publicity.

I have since provided artwork for a number of commercial clients, including Barclays Merchant Services, UBS, and Shell International. I originated the idea of caricature garden ornament design, beginning with stoneware likenesses of the presenters of the BBC’s Ground Force. They included the figurines in one of their shows, and my ‘Sculptoons’ also appeared on Blue Peter, and Open House With Gloria Hunniford.

The McNeill Gallery have afforded me the opportunity to exhibit my cartoons I am absolutely delighted to be exhibiting my cartoons in the summer exhibition.
