Gabriel Otero – BA – Born Brazil 1977
After studying the Arts at the acclaimed school of Buenos Aires, Prilidiano Puyrredón, Otero then worked in Education and Stage Scenery. Her experiences with several artistic disciplines, as well as sculpture had led her to produce stunning works over the past few years winning major prizes throughout the Americas. Otero looks to recreate the non -rational human condition, the swollen fibre of a muscle or the exuberance of movement.

The National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón was put into operation in 1940 and originates in the workshops of drawing, painting and sculpture, created in 1878 by the Society of Fine Arts.
At this time, Eduardo Sívori , Angel Della Valle , Ernesto de la Cárcova and Eduardo Schiaffino were the founders of the current system of artistic education in Buenos Aires, Brazil.
