Originally studied Dress, Design and Textiles, specialising in printed textiles Blemmings has worked as a printmaker for many years. Now working as a full time artist she has had time to develop her oil paintings. Blemmings studied full time at Bath College and part time art at Winchester School of Art, Southampton College of Art and West Dean College. Exhibited in a variety of group exhibitions in the South of England and short listed for the RA Summer Exhibition. Her work is held in private collections in the UK, Spain, Germany and Canada
