Sharon Gee – 1961 – 2004
British abstract artist Sharon Gee achieved remarkable success and recognition through her own unique style of abstract paintings. Gee progressed to a fast growing international career offering abstract paintings to diverse collectors worldwide.

Gee was a patron of the international arts project Young Masters of Arts. She exhibited her work extensively, most importantly earning solo exhibitions both in the UK and the USA. Her paintings are held by numerous individual collectors and corporate institutions . including The Royal Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.

Gee’s work has been published in a number of major magazines and newspapers and received recognition at regional, national and international level, these include, The Sunday Times Culture magazine, The London Evening Standard and the leading art periodical, ARTnews.

Sharon’s first solo exhibition took place in the UK in 1998 at McNeill Fine Art Gallery, she was later launched internationally with a solo exhibition in Chicago titled “The Power Of Passion” at Collins Fine Art, Chicago, USA.

The McNeill Gallery are honoured to be exhibiting a selection of Sharon Gee’s last few paintings in early 2019.
